About TheSpence Weather
The station is powered by a La Crosse WS-2316 weather station. The data is collected every 7 seconds by the weather station and the current conditions are then uploaded to the site while the trends and graphs are updated every 15 minutes. The data are collected using Weather Display Software. The station is comprised of an anemometer, a rain gauge and a thermo-hydro sensor. The anemometer is located above the highest point on the roof, while the thermo-hydro sensor is located on high on the north side of the structure for the highest accuracy possible.
The station was wired on 05-NOV-2010 for reliable data transmition.
